Vet Voices Recruiting Now

“Brainchild” of veteran and local Commissioner Abel Gonzales, according to TheatreWorks founder Scott Cook, Vet Voices, has begun recruitment for its free, free, free program. If you know a vet who doesn’t have Internet access, tell them about this program.

If you have some loose $20 bills, you can donate to a very worthy nonprofit; give them a hand.  If they raise $3,000 by May 19, 2018, they will be accepted to the final round for a grant of $25,000 from USA Today.

These folks are on a roll. It’s too bad they aren’t selling TheatreWorks stocks. Nevertheless, this is the best arts thing to happen to Davenport since, well, since, forever! Donate NOW.
