If you’re anything like me, fighting traffic to get to PetSmart at Posner Park every month to groom my perpetually stinky dog can get to be a load of just plain tiresome. That’ll change soon though.
On March 15, Love-N-Care Pet Salon, a Lake Alfred-based, family-owned business is opening its second shop right here in the city. It’s to be located at 104 W Bay St., just a block east of the police station.
It’ll have a super-relaxing lobby area with chandeliers, cushioned chairs, and treats for the hoomans. Tambien, ellos se hablan español. With all the dog walkers I see every day, morning, noon, and neon-lit at night, I foresee this little business becoming a Davenport hit.
